  • "The Prince of Solaria is no more.
For as the sands of time expire, the final Dance concludes.
For five minutes of concentration, I was taken into another world,
A world of fairies, guards, evil warriors and my princess.
It was at that moment, I felt like a prince.
And though it ended I felt like I've won.
Though I can never be a prince again, I will remember every moment I had.
I shall recall the pains taken, the participation and the dedication of everyone.
Most of all I shall remember the cheers we had and the tears of joy.
I already forgotten the tears of disappointment,
because I felt that the effort that everyone put in made it feel like we've won.
What's more important is the bonds we made and the experiences we had...
And as a dancer in the team all that has happened is worth that final show.
Though I'm a Prince no more, the Dance we danced will be forever!"

At the end of Rag Dance,
I had mixed feelings... I felt that it's alright the Judges didn't think we'd win,
and that as long as we did our best, I think it was a good win.
however when I saw the Science club member sobbing away as they spoke,
I saw 3 siginificant men breaking down as they spoke..
I couldn't help but cry along. I didn't cry because we didn't win..
But rather because after all that everyone's gone through...
all the costume adjustments, Dance choreohgraphy, float presentations done...
Everyone was down in their spirits and disappointed.
Remembering how we cheered after the performance wasn't a cheer of disappointment.
It was a cheer of championship and appreciation of the effort everyone put in.
The big picture isn't about winning...
it's about smiling and being satisfied at the things we've done.
If we'd won I'd expected it,
but i'd rather we remembered this year's Rag as an effort well done.

Can u see me? brought me suit back.. will keep it always

The phoenix Ravon! with the Whole Rag team!

This morning I read a message on friendster from someone.
And it left me surprised and rather disappointed too.
Disappointed because i didn't know that things could have happened better.
Or rather because i didn't know about some things.
Wherever you are, I'll always support you ya?
We've gotta catch up soon. There are so many things to say and all..
Yet in the midst of all these things, I must make certain decisions.
many people had come into my life recently,
most of which made a difference to me...
And it's not fair that I don't make any choices...

Now let me declare next year's most anticipated game..
Final Fantasy XII. If any of you had seen the Tokyo Game's Fair trailer,
You'd agree that this time FF XII shall be epic and big!
Almost LOTR style, this game pushes the PS2's capabilities to the brim.
Redifiining the latest in graphical advancement.
Next up is Kingdom Hearts II.
After just finishing KH, I feel like the story's just begginging to unfold.
It's rather interesting with the theme of Darkness within everyone..
And of course about the good and light of the world.
Sighz, once school starts, I'll probably be away from all these game stuff.

And after all the body paint, the hair-dos and make up..

I'd like to thank everyone for their effort and enthusiasm for Rag!

Rag became such a memory because of pple like you guys.

    Will never forget...
The broken toe incident, the one hand cartwheels, the back flips,
the first dance session with the percuassion thingie, the lame jokes we
had, the piano i played, Crazy stretch stunts the dance pple did, the
vertical lifts and carrys we had to master, flinging the capes so hard
the weights came off, getting whirled up in purple cloth till my
waistline got smaller, the bus trips I had with Charles and Valerie,
getting sweet concern from the costume team, having my hair pulled by
Althea, being fed food and drinks because my hands are Bronzed, the
explosive song Explosive, running around the dance studio many times,
watching Pamela and Nicole doing the baddies roles, staying in PGP
because Dance Prac ended at 11, Learning how to walk, stand and move
like a Prince, watching Peter do crazy stuff, watching Geraldine sewing
a hp pouch, helping Frances look for her missing pendant, discovering
the Shumie crosses the road without looking when she smses, realising
that Carol lives so near me...

And from all these, bringing to me someone very special, the girl who smiles at me =)

I really feel the same as you too. It is the friendship and the time that we spent together that made everything so memorable and special for me. And i never once regret joining this year's RAG team because of everyone of you.
